Smells like candied apples

Loads of blueberry, cherry, strawberry - lots of summer fruit. High acidity m, yet calmed with a cube or two of ice. A perfect summer supper, chilled.

100+ year old vine Carignan. Black and blue fruits, a little simple. Fairly soft in texture w a hint of firm mid-palate tannin.

Decent table wine. Like that person in your friends group you enjoy the company of but never make a point to invite out. The Pete Hornberger of wines.

100% old vine (115-130 years old) Carignan from Corbieres, mostly redfruits, fresh and lively, great acidity, long finish, terrific example of how good low alcohol (12.5%) Carignan can be!!

$20 @ domestique. Soft tannin. Need to drink more from Corbieres.

Cranberry, raspberry, baking spice, and smoke. Tart and dry. Medium acid.

Good table wine at a nice price. Nothing more
