A perfect white wine. Minerality, slight lemon, dry finish. Perfect with our braised salmon dinner. — a year ago
Leather, cedar, tart cherry. Tart fades as it opens. Quite nice; red berries — 10 years ago
2018... nice work! — 6 years ago
Great nose: raw dry-aged strip steak, crushed rocks, peppercorns, oozy dark berry sap. Dense and minerally, this is soft-textured but with loads of tannic scaffolding. Long, clingy, minerally finish. Because it’s from Corbieres, the acids are a bit lower than, say, a Northern Rhône Syrah, but other than that it would be a dead ringer for a Syrah from that region. Great value. — 9 years ago

My note from last year still is solid, 100% Carignan 80-100 year old vines from Corbieres in the Languedoc-Roussillon, 12.5% ABV, lovely!! — a month ago
