An excellent wine for the price. $6! I can see why Dad likes it so much. It isn't as tasty as some others but it is better than you should expect from the price point.

This is actually better than I remember it to be. You can taste the oak, which makes its name appropriate. Decently soft aftertaste. I used it for sangria, lol.

Smoky minerality, great persistence and extraordinary dry extract. Beguiling.

Ruby red colour, not very deep for cabernet sauvignon. Clean, simple berry nose. Enjoyable fruity palate, no complexity, but smooth and easy-going. Finish is short, but for the price we don't expect more. At 4,79 euro (promo, normal price is 6.99 euro) you don't hear me complain. This is a much more "honest" wine than the Turning Leaf Cab in my opinion.
