Grandioso Rosé Blend

Unripe strawberry, rhubarb, a bit herbal.

Delicious!

Rounder than the other Wolffer rosés, less assertive or acidic.

Challenging Rosé. Leave it open at least an hour, since it starts out having a skunky odor and nasty aftertaste. Those flavors blow off leaving an acceptable Rosé with a nasty over-acidic finish.

Smooth with barnyard notes. The sur lie gives a yeast silliness and body.

Quaffable. Nice acid but not crazy high. Has a silkiness on the front end and then that acid slices through. White peach and Rainier cherries. Darn good rose. Happy Birthday, America! Happy to have a good ol' Long Island wine.
