Aug 18th, 2022Gorgeous nose. Fresh mowed grass. Peach, apricot, minerals and some vulcanized rubber. Very petty. Amazing how sugar changes the whole equation. Nose gains depth and breadth as it airs out. Palate is lights out with unreal fresh layers of fruit, peach, apricot and white peach. Nose gets more evocative and blends limestone and vineyard peach. Such a summer wine. And likely great with food. Dense, light, nimble and just the right amount of barely there sweetness. Outstanding.

Pale lemon colour in the glass with interesting aromas of lime, nectarine, beeswax and jasmine. Delicious acidity with mouthwatering green apple and lime flavours that finish with a hint of pink grapefruit. Paired with seared scallops and fennel & pomegranate salad.
