Vintage 2017 | 100% Chardonnay from vineyards more than 50 years old. Work in the vineyard done with a horse. 3 gr/l dosage. Bio/Demeter wine. Disgorging 10/2020. Delicate and refined, smell with hints of lemon and apricot. Beautiful apple smell. Needs aeration to express itself. Balanced taste. Paired with scrambled eggs breakfast.

Slap me in the face and call me morel. This is a TKO. I could drink this for the rest of my days.

Nv! Good stuff !

Tasted 3/15/2017. You should try this Champagne. I thought what is this and then you taste it and it's fantastic. Sharp, clean, and bright.

Lemon yellow in color. Pops made a run Elie Wine Co. Lots of nice stuff to try that I haven't had before.

Brioche, yeasty.

Funky but not in a bad way. From a unique plot tainted with a fungus that imparts unique taste.
