Vintage 2017 | 100% Chardonnay from vineyards more than 50 years old. Work in the vineyard done with a horse. 3 gr/l dosage. Bio/Demeter wine. Disgorging 10/2020. Delicate and refined, smell with hints of lemon and apricot. Beautiful apple smell. Needs aeration to express itself. Balanced taste. Paired with scrambled eggs breakfast.

Tasted 3/15/2017. You should try this Champagne. I thought what is this and then you taste it and it's fantastic. Sharp, clean, and bright.

Lemon yellow in color. Pops made a run Elie Wine Co. Lots of nice stuff to try that I haven't had before.
