Transitional. The bright red fruit had pulled back a bit, and the earth and minerality are taking hold, particularly on the finish. This has always been acid driven, and should knit back together with a little more time. Lots of sediment.

Old vine Grenache. Delicious, though a bit simple. Tasty and easy to like.

Delicious pie flavors! But beware, the acidity is extremely intense and tart. If you are used to grenache from spain or the south of france, where it actually shows ripeness, this isn't for you.

About as good as grenache gets. Bright sour cherries followed by anise and black tea. Savory and balanced.

Bright acid still, but losing some structure. 2-3 years left.

Bright cherry and red plum with just a slight dried cranberry, dried floral and earthiness behind. Light and clear crimson color.
Solid acid and well integrated tannin
