Austere for a Wind Gap. A little funk at first, then took a long time to open. Cellar or decant.

this is great. only 12%!

This has developed over the past few years, with better integration of the spicy, herbal whole cluster notes. Pretty, and great with dinner, but doesn't hold the same interest for me that the syrahs do.
