Reserve Alsace Gewürztraminer

A little sweeter than some from Alsace, but has the acid to back it up. Peaches, apricots, underripe mango, pears, and loads of white flowers and perfume. Phenolic bitterness shows through just a bit at the end. Good patio wine!

Very different than any other Gewurtztraminer I've ever had.....in a good way. Very dry finish

Lychee fruitiness, but with a breathy dry complexity backing it up. A good one (Gewurztraminer, that is).

Flowers and apricot on the nose. Flavors of peach, apricot and hint of spice. Sweetness up front with a little dryness on the finish. Lacks the sophistication of a Trimbach Gewurtztraminer, my benchmark and favorite.

SO good with Thai food. So good. Wouldnt drink alone, though. Too sweet.

A wonderfully accessible standby at a wonderfully accessible price for a round body, flavorful white to accompany a rich meal.

A nice desert wine. Sweet, with a dry finish. Nice floral hints and spices. Paired nicely with a salad or grilled chicken breast.
