Another 4th Friday for the books! Insane pulls this month to follow up the most epic month (April) that we’ve ever had!
This is viscous and tart. Very pear driven. Some lemon and lime (reminds me of a more full bodied Charles Heintz chard), hints of malo, honeyed-mango. Not extremely acidic and does well at pop and pour.

Not usually a fan of oaked, full-on malo Chardonnay but this one shows restraint in that department, well integrated with lemon curd and a long mineral finish.

Rich, but balanced. Enough acid to show off the citrus fruit and enough malo to pair with scallops. Great father’s day wine.

Nice acid with butter, mushroom, green apple, orange peel. Refreshing and the butter isn't cloying.
