Jul 3rd, 2021Nice integration of flavors and good balance, as it is to be expected from a Williams Selyem. This Central Coast bottling in particular seems to enhance the flavors of various dishes. Best within the first 35 minutes. 91+ as a food wine, and 88+ on its own. (1416 views)
