Jun 5th, 2022Petrichor at first. Then summer peach, greengage plum, yellow raspberry, a hint of grapefruit, quince, cut clover and wildflower honey emerge. Impeccable balance with generous fruit, acid and crushed rock minerality. Fantastic inner mouth aromas. Just this side of Spätlese sweetness, and very drinkable now with spicy/sweet food. Noticeable SO2. Should be great down the line
