But why would they call it mighty? Like it (might)y be good? It’s alright. It shouldn’t say Napa on the label though... that’s misleading.

I’m getting a bit of cigar on the nose. Mighty oak? There’s oak, but it’s not mighty.

A decent table wine. It is aching to be a great everyday Napa Red, but just falls short. Body is a bit thin, the fruit is good-raspberry starts the out, and slides into a heavy, an almost sugared strawberry finish.
Gift from Kathleen (house closing). Dinner with Joanna. Beef short ribs, in a rich red wine sauce (yes a glass of Mighty Oak!) over pasta. And a perfectly roasted delicata squash.

Table wine...dilluted....nice on the nose....not much on the pallet.....disappointed after a twelve hour shift!! 🤔

Light body, not much taste.
