Sometimes bubbles are just the thing! With shrimp in the barbie, a winner! Medium amount of bubbles... odd, one glass bubbled like crazy, other identical glass, no bubbles... what’s up with that? Weird beyond belief. But we are enjoying the pour. Cantaloupe and citrus w a bit of pear on the nose. The taste is full of stone and lemons. Hits quick. Fades fast. But we like it!

Really nice sparkling white wine. It is slightly off - dry with notes of pear, green apple, and biscuit. I got this at the winery for only about $20-an amazing deal!
