On the palate bright and acidic, with a touch of honey initially - this is a relatively dry white with notes of kiwi, melon and grapefruit. White pepper graces an interesting though fairly short finish.

So yummy and complex for a white wine! Guava, mango, passion fruit , strawberry with a creamy crime brûlée finish. Worth every penny, and I'm not usually a white wine drinker. Paired the Wente with grilled salmon( marinated with dill, garlic, olive oil), rice pilaf , and salad with Gorgonzola.
