Stunning nose of green veggies like bok choy and fresh herbs. Wild mint and lovely wet stone notes. Insanely mineral and super precise with that wall of flavor and a superbly saline and delineated finish. Out of this world. Wow is this mineral. Stunning concentration. My score might go up. Let’s see.

Effusively mineral nose smells like pulverized rocks. Bok choy and other cruciferous greens. Cucumber water. Lemon drop. So complex and precise. Super juicy, refined and so elegant. Concentrated and so fine. My goodness this is a refined bottle of wine. Wow this is so fleshy, pure and sappy. Amazing purity and balance. A top 2 young Weltner. Out of this world.

Nose has some aged character. Wild herbs, umami, savory elements. Opulent aromas a bit as well. Terrific palate with inner mouth aromas and great freshness and acidity. Tangy lime infused finish. Very sappy and pure. Finish is all rock.

Huge, elegant and pure nose. Herbals, wild mint. pillow like minerality, and huge spiciness. Savory element. Super complex. Sugar snap peas. Bok Choy. Wow this is super super elegant and has wonderful depth, power and concentration. So mineral. So light on its feet. This is a wine of contrast. The length is crazy. This is genius. Wall of flavor. Profound. Epic. Best ever?
