Insanely mineral and super precise with that wall of flavor and a superbly saline and delineated finish. Out of this world. Wow is this mineral. Stunning concentration. My score might go up. Let’s see.

Nov 28th, 2022Effusively mineral nose smells like pulverized rocks. Bok choy and other cruciferous greens. Cucumber water. Lemon drop. So complex and precise. Super juicy, refined and so elegant. Concentrated and so fine. My goodness this is a refined bottle of wine. Wow this is so fleshy, pure and sappy. Amazing purity and balance. A top 2 young Weltner. Out of this world.

Wow this is super super elegant and has wonderful depth, power and concentration. So mineral. So light on its feet. This is a wine of contrast. The length is crazy. This is genius. Wall of flavor. Profound. Epic. Best ever?

Feb 18th, 2021Stunning nose of wintergreen, forest floor, some barely there apricot pith, spice, flowers, mint, wet stones and a sense of serious deepness. So much more to reveal but stunningly clean and as GG as it gets. The palate is packed, structured and dense with amazing purity and uncommon depth. Super sappy and vibrant with wonderful structure and silly depth. Akin to a Grand Cru Chablis. The mineral expression is taut, playful yet broads and intense. The mineral sap on the finish is remarkable as is the finish. This is beautiful. @Delectable Wine this is Franken, not Baden. Thanks.
