Insane. Best Riesling I've ever had from Paul. Sickness. Huge minerals. Huge depth. So young. Juicy and complex and so bracing. Balanced and pure as a mountain stream. Dissipates on the finish. Hoo Boy!

Insane nose. Minerals, green apple, very clean. So nice. Intense and almost like a solid. Very pure and clean. Such elegance. Chock full of minerals. Intense palate presence and concentration. So sappy and intense. Takes over your palate with minerals and stone fruits but make no mistake this is a mineral lover's Riesling

Sushi wine - fun to try this with a little age; the fruit has emerged from the mineral edifice. Stunning. Aromatics you want to swim in.

Magnificent. Just starting to show some age. Nose has a bit of aged Riesling. Palate is an explosion. A hint of tropical fruit. Green apple. Super mineral. Bright.
