Weisser Satz Diebskinzig White Blend

Love this kitchen sink blend and best one yet in 2020. Lemon oil, minerals and flowers abound on the nose. Gorgeous framing minerality and a sense of elite finesse for such a humble wjne. Palate is ripe and opulent with gorgeous freshness and purity. Flavor of sweet meyer lemon that is at once lush and at once mineral with such intense juiciness and lightness yet intense and concentrated. Just a joy to drink as I cook.

Such a great wine. Perfumed nose, spice, hay, skoche of dried honey, some potting soil, cardamom, white pepper, all so pretty and harmonious. Palate is super harmonious and very pure. Sappy and salty finish. Palate is all mineral and spice and maybe a hint of spiced apple on the finish. Lovely wine. Very juicy and spicey!

The wacky field blend that drinks like 1er Cru white burgundy. Stunning nose of ethereal minerals, apple skins, herbals, pulverized stones and a light floral perfume. Gorgeous. Palate is juicy and super elegant with lovey apricot and apple fruit skin flavors. So pure and just perfectly balanced. Very very elegant. This is so easy to drink but also has gamey and smokey flavors that add to the complexity. What a finish the fruit/perfume clings to one’s palate. Nose is an elite spice perfume bazaar. A wonderful wine. Great acidity and intense mouth coating minerality juxtaposed with wonderful fruit skins. Lovely lingering persistence.

Palate: quite mineral. Hints of nectarine. Good acidity
