Königsschild Nahe Riesling

All mineral and acid. This would be killer with shellfish.

Aroma is petrol, almond, lemon peel, grapefruit and sea breeze minerality. Very pretty.

Acidity really hits you off the bat. Lots of lemons and limes mixed with some of those almond paste notes and steely minerality. Really dry and refreshing.

I really love the razor acidity and refreshing nature of this wine. Perfect on a hot day by its own or with seafood or salad.

Nice dry Riesling , gets better as it breathes for a day or so

This is a food Riesling.
Lots of minerality. Lemon 🍋
High in acid. Tasty with breakfast for dinner 🍳🥓

Quite closed and seemingly ‘unclean’ at the beginning, slowly starts showing white pepper and green plums with more lime than lemon. Not very Riesling-like. On the palate quite broad but nicely balanced. Not very long and with a tart bitter aftertaste.

Very light and elegant. White floral and citrus nose. High acidity. Dry but well balanced.
