Actually quite good. Inexpensive. Smoky. Dark berries. A real value.

This is a beautiful rendition of Pinot Noir. Very Burgundian in style - bright red fruit, mineral driven, lots of secondary aromas, but just enough fruit to support, and a silky texture that emerges with some air. It is hard to find a Pinot Noir this tasty for the price.

Tart red fruit, loam & tobacco. Very good value without sacrificing Pinot-ness. No schwag in the #rudiwiest book.

Previous notes…. Just a killer bottle of juice, and in a great spot.

Had this while on vacation in Utah. Light color with some rust/orange hints on the fringe that already had me expecting some oxidation. Little bit “funky” but not as much oxidation as anticipated from the orange color. Taste was light and somewhat refreshing, so I would try again but not one this old as I expect the life on this one may be less than 6-7 years.

Total stunner. I’m not generally nuts about Pinot Noir, but this is the definition of delicacy and harmony. Light brickish red color, the nose delivers underripe strawberries and craysins with dried herbs, leather, granite, and smoke. It all comes through on the palate with resolved, silky tannins and crisp acidity - great structure. Beautiful, complex, and perfectly aged.

Funky nose. Savory palette. Not the delicate spatsburgunder style.
