Very nice intro to the 'Gau (I'm trying to make this a thing, get on board) and dry Riesling as a whole, especially for a btg program. Good value from a classic producer. 😋🐖

Wheeeew what a surprise! I wasn’t expecting much - it was a gift given to my father and usually wine gifts are.... mild? This was a true summers day - sunny, full of excitement, and a reminder of everything I’m not getting to do thanks to the pandemic 😷 but at least we get to go on wine journeys of a sort still? Anyway - it’s truly a Traditional style of Riesling with that little sparkle on the tongue. I’d guess this would be a good neutral crowd pleaser.
