Very pretty Spatburgunder. This grew in intensity with more time open. Tart Cherry, some saspirilla (with time open), good acid, crunchy red pomegranate, with a light to medium body. Tasty indeed!

Really quite nice! Cherry cordial and wild strawberry right up front, menthol, graphite, a touch of fresh tarragon, and finishing with a mix of cranberry and iron. Complex and interesting, even though I just opened it.
