A very particular wine. A very Burgundian cab.

Nose: pink roses. So pretty. Lovely hints of rubber.

Palate: maybe the most mineral cab I’ve ever had. Extremely distinctive. Hand crushed wild blackberries. Floral internal aromatics.

A very very geeky wine.
