Very good Riesling of medium sweetness and quite low alcohol (8%).
Very well balanced wine, thanks to high acidity and green fruits flavours with citrusy notes. In particular, lemon and green crunchy apple definitely stand out. Also, a good bit of extremely nice flinty minerality and honey flavours.
Quite viscous on the palate, with long finish, it has medium body.
Very high quality wine, may be recommended with spicy dishes.
