If Kellerberg is aromatic Schutt is definitely pristine minerality
Searing and tingling
In such great shape
This wine can be enjoyed now or in long time too is my guess
From fresh grape to kiwi and persimmon
A bit gingery, lemongrass, marzipan and a river bed of stones.. and freshness that keeps coming back
And so much fun going on
A winter riesling in a way
Extremely long

Jul 21st, 2021Very tasty wine but after all of the reds and going back to this one, all I could get was a predominance of dill.

Aug 31st, 2018More fire than Fiyah. Kerosene dominant, mid palate missing, and generally just too much gas pedal to the floor for my liking.

Moderate + residual sugar, intense fruit, bright acidity and medium alcohol level.
Ginger, herbal and phenolic bitterness on the finish.
What a great wine to pair with spicy Asian food !!
13.5 ABV.
