Weingut Knoll
Loibner Federspiel Riesling
Bone dry with a bright, lively explosion of lime-drenched stone fruit. Apricot and nectarine mingle with tart green apple, jasmine and honeysuckle perfume, crushed oyster shells, and a very appealing hint of kerosene. Absolutely gorgeous now but I’d love to revisit it in 5 to 10 years.

Palate: salinity, unripe stone fruit, slight petrol, minerality
Dry, high acid, med alcohol medium body
The more I drink it, the more I like it. Better on day two. Refreshingly acidic/crisp. 89
