Kirchspiel Riesling

Wine of this Melbourne trip. The 07’ Kirchspiel GG was incredible. One of the best renditions of this vineyard I’ve had. So deep, with a whole spectrum of fruits ranging from pineapples to lemons impossibly cramped into it, and a minerality that just explodes in the palate. Richly textured, yet just dances across the tongue with a sparkly acidity. A wine of superlatives basically, but most importantly, a wine that evaporated off the dinner table.

Didn't know this wine is selling for do@much more now. Clean bright lovely wines. Getting more respect from me!

Keller rarely disappoints. More lobster rolls?

Uninspiring but solid... and good. Suggestion of sugar but very dry. Disconnects and fades towards the finish and that's where it's wanting. Hoped for more, but a very well-made wine.

Truelly an amazing wine from germany's top Riesling producer. Lovely secondary sweet notes developing reminiscant of a fine TBA. Highly recommendable

Väldigt aromatisk med mogen frukt. Väldigt kryddig och fruktig. Den distinkta restsötman harmoniserar syrar. Efter lite tid är den otroligt charmig med massa fräschör. Bra peak.

This is the Kirchspiel R! Sehr rare.....try to find one!
