Color of egg white. Except some oaky nose, nose is essentially gone while taste survives. Taste is still quite refreshing, with light but balance mix of acidity, sweetness, honey, and spicy oak. What a pity as she has peaked maybe 5 or 10 yrs ago. After breathing, the nose makes a comeback with flowering and gasoline note, the taste also becomes fuller. As a result, I have uptick my scoring quite a bit.

Had with butternut squash soup. It was interesting because it wasn't overly sweet for an Auslese. No petrol notes which I sometimes pick up in older Rieslings.
