Centgrafenberg Trocken Riesling

Clear nose and very fresh. Chlorophyll, wet stones, celeriac, perfumed minerals. Gorgeous nose. Juicy and intense but also soft and accessible with lovely fruit and purity. Gentle and caressing with wonderful elegance and finesse. Juicy and engaging. Density without weight. This is “Bugstadter” Riesling. @Delectable Wine

Nose is classic Centgrafenberg with huge lime zest, fresh grass being cut by a lawnmower, wet stones and so much lime fruit. So intense and expressive. Intense acids and very dry but also a tiny bit of opulence in the mid palate and so juicy. clean and super elegant as that grand cru centgrafenberg juju comes across. Very great site. Nice cut and grip and almost tannic on the finish.

What a nose. Huge minerals, herbs, vanilla extract, flowers. Really herbal and perfumed. Also some sort of tree bark and tonic aromas. Huge intense palate with that 21 edge. Salty, crunchy and intense. Long and pure. Terrific inner mouth aromas. Concentration. So juicy and long. Elegant. So pure. Refreshing. Salty. So so long. The finish is so good.

Gorgeous nose. Complex. Perfect balance of minerals, confectionary aromas and fruit. Awesome depth and purity. Like a Riesling gumdrop. Superb minerals and an herbal aroma. Deep, subtle and elegant nose. Wow. What a palate. Deep, incisive, complex and so pure. Just insane purity. So clean. So balanced. This is really great. Wow, 19 is legit. Savory, sour, sweet and deep. It has it all and all is in harmony. Nose is just ethereal. Palate is dense and so elegant with aggressive minerality. So pure. So sappy and deep. Clean and balanced. Just super impressive .

9.4 to 9.5 with air. Wowsers. So deep. Breadth here is remarkable as is the length.

Nose is a bit more closed than 17 and also more opulent and dense. Ripe fruits, apricot, apple, peach and also some nice minerals. Minerals become more spicey and evocative with air. Hint of sugar snap peas and a hint of confectionary aromas. Palate is ripe, juicy and complex. Very generous and giving with less apparent minerality than the 17 but more fruit. The ripeness of 18 really shows here. Palate is round and succulent with a nice savory hit and wonderful pure mineral complexity. As good as 17 but very different. After some air the nose becomes more obviously mineral. Some vulcanized rubber as well. Palate becomes more electric and scintillating. Excellent. Lovely lime sweetness develops as well after air. Nice sap and intensity. Really great structure. A bit better than 17.

Gorgeous nose. Candied lime, fresh mint sprigs, superb clean and clear minerality. Lovely perfume. Some spices and also a cake like aspect. Really compelling. Some lean apricot as well. So pretty. Palate has massive acids and is lean, linear and focused. Massive minerality that is suave and elegant. Amazing ripeness of limes and lemons and so juicy. Such a lovely candied mineral nose with those lime accents. To die for. Really well made. The minerality is so pretty on this wine and it finishes mineral and slightly savory. So pure. Long and persistent. I mean, way long. After air the nose gets very confectionary. Such tang on the finish. Tangy not tang the beverage. Superb clear citrus.

Nose is mineral and citrus. Really lovely.

Palate is intense. Very citrussy . Mineral. Crackling minerals.

Long finish.
