Dry, effervescent, and very well balanced. Okay, medium-heavy, almost buttery. Can sip on its own, would also hold its own with heavy fish stews or sweeter Indian curries.

2016 Riesling. Medium sweet. High acidity (less acidity than Mosel ones). Showing some petroleum note from this 3 year old wine. Floral, lemon lime peach apricot, wet stone. Very aromatic on the nose and on the palate. M+ finish and good complexity.
