Vol 2 Pet Nat White Blend

White flower, lemon zest, orange zest, med plus acidity, slightly yeasty, very refreshing.

Green apple, lemongrass, slight anise.

Nice amount of bubbles, good savory and sweet balance. Not as crisp as I’d like, but still very pleasant.

A pleasant breeze of stone fruit and minerals. Peaches and blades of grass.

Like a sweet sour beer!

Well, still interesting but not impressive. The miskateller takes over, giving it far too much elderflower n earth. Bit too big bubbles giving an aggressive mouthfeel. A little cloudberries clmes w time n temp.

Very apple cidery.

Lots of citrus, native yeast, interesting flavor.

Pretty unusual pet nat from Austria, not many bottles in London at the mo apparently so felt like a treat, smooth dryness and a touch of salt, into it. Yeah.
