Nice amount of bubbles, good savory and sweet balance. Not as crisp as I’d like, but still very pleasant.
A pleasant breeze of stone fruit and minerals. Peaches and blades of grass.

Jun 1st, 2018Well, still interesting but not impressive. The miskateller takes over, giving it far too much elderflower n earth. Bit too big bubbles giving an aggressive mouthfeel. A little cloudberries clmes w time n temp.

Nov 15th, 2016Pretty unusual pet nat from Austria, not many bottles in London at the mo apparently so felt like a treat, smooth dryness and a touch of salt, into it. Yeah.

nr.2 is a blend of gelber muskateller and grüner veltliner, presenting elderberry flowers, orange cest, stone fruit and biscuit. even ideas of kombucha culture. exciting old stuff!
