So so dense. So tight. So coiled. So elegant. So concentrated. Structured. Checking in tomorrow. Nose is so floral, a day later. Very mineral and so expressive. Palate is enormously complex, chewy and dense. My goodness the density of this wine is just insane. It’s barely budged overnight. Fleshier, yes but also there still is more to come. Day 3 awaits.

Apr 5th, 2025Awesome nose, rich nose, wet earth, spice, herbals, the nose is incredible, all flowers and herbs and crazy complexity, acid is off the charts, acid, Chablis structure, unreal salinity and purity,, inner mouth aromas and maybe some green apple fruit. Brown butter sweetness on finish. Perfect. had to fight for the freshness in this vintage but they won. So unreal and deep. nimble. From multiple parcels.

The third bottle of our three-pack purchased and delivered in 2024; notes representative across all three. Very pretty floral/stone aromatics that did little to prepare one for the searing, tooth enamel-stripping acid, which intensified on day two. Drank with seafood. Perhaps this would need a rich cheesy Swiss dish to really shine.
