Organic Trocken Riesling

Probably one of the driest German Rieslings I’ve ever had. Brief notes. Just had a glass at Supernormal Restaurant.

Bright acid, slight spritz, earthy lemon finish.

In my quest for Riesling that I like, I start to find some answers here. Citrussy, really not too sweet, nice little fizz at first,a zest of bitterness that I like. Good to start a summer meal!

Good and not sweet

Dad likes it. As good as Riesling G Wurttemberg.

Good dry white, but not too acid; fruity aromas; crisp in the mouth. Overall a very drinkable dry white wine to use in risotto.

Best white thus far.
