Experimental no sulfur / extended skin contact “orange” bottling. Wild honey, vibrant lime and tangerine, textural width & slight effervescence. Very fun to explore this.

You know in "Grease", when Danny Zuko/John Travolta shouts "It's electrifying!" That's what you get as you drink this Trocken. It is dry, dry, dry. Friends of acid need only apply. I love it.

Minerality over fruit. Crunchy green apple fruit with hints of lime zest. Citric acid for days with unmistakable underripe green apple fruit. Dry to finish with acidity driving lingering finish. Paired well with slightly sweet Asian food.

Sep 2nd, 2018Ripe pear, hints of green apple and white flowers. Chalk. Nose is pretty tight. Soft, creamy, balanced mouth feel with a touch of integrated, lingering acidity on the finish. Minerality outshines fruit. Paired very well with yellow curry.
