I’m constantly floored with their wines, but I couldn’t get over this humble kabinett. Immensely enjoyable now, but I can only imagine if one had enough patience to hide this away.

Much riper in style than the Molitor this Kabinett out of the Marienburg shows yellow stone fruit, watermelon, herbs and spices mixed with a honey component. On the palate again lots of fruit (passion fruit & grapefruit) & fresh herbs. Beautiful integrated acidity. This feels to be ready to drink now although it would be super interesting to see how this wine will age over the next 5-10 years.
