Just when I thought my love for Grüner Veltliner couldn't get any stronger (still considering as a possible name for first born), I discovered this rare late harvest wine from one of my favourite producers. Elixir of bliss. Paired with Paris Popup's treacle pudding, earl grey ice cream and bergamot syrup.
