Palate is full of fleshy fruit with a lovely bittersweet mineral edge. Beautiful purity and freshness. Remarkable delineation and depth. This is an absolute stellar value.

Jun 3rd, 2015Quince, anjou pears, pineapple syrup, lychee, gardenias, chalk. Vibrant acidity, light bodied, juicy texture, long creamy, citrus rind-floral finish. Persistent minerality, highly aromatic, biodynamic. Non interventionist terroir driven, a true trocken.
