Hofberg Kabinett Riesling

A nose combining smoke , florals & citrus. In the mouth lemon and grapefruit along with ripe fresh peach and apricot. A little more creaminess than I prefer but no arguing with how well made the wine was . Lingering finish.

Now we’re talkin! Clean nectarine. Apples and lime. Puppy like energy. Killer pairing for drunken noodles. Need to remind my drunken noodle to buy more.

Stony, funky nose. Palate different than nose. Bright yellow fruit, a bit honeyed, floral. Some petrol and acidity on the nose.

I’d give it a 9 no doubt if I was an off-dry guy ;-)
No, beautiful Riesling but not too much my style.

Been holding onto this for a bit but in the spirit of drinking good wine in challenging times: what a vintage. The balance is just so impeccable. Rs and acid, salt water taffy & some Meyer lemon - but overall an integrated, no hard edges elegant creature

All the Riesling things. Slate, slight petrol, lemon, apple cider, apricot, very tingly. Delicious, definitely off dry in style, ripe and juicy but finely etched and delicate

Great pairing to go with same fan-freaking-tastic Thai food.

Funky nose. Super solid palate with candied tropical fruits and a tangy finish.

Vintage 2013 beautiful wine especially after a few years in the cellar, minerals, the sweet is more prominent in this riesling kabinett
