Jun 26th, 2024GG. Cork had minor leakage. Not oxidized, but pretty underwhelming given the price. Maybe just in a dumb phase, but didn’t hit tonight and I don’t think it was the cork. I have another bottle so we’ll see.

Dry!!!! 12.5%. Yeasty needs to settle. Fresh a ton of acids and minerals. Goldenberries. Gooseberry Elderberries limes kaffir lime. Tart underripe apricot. Great stuff but expensive.

Beautiful nose, sugar coated lemons, flinty slatey minerality. Relatively low acidity.
