Terrific aromas of pink grapefruit, sage, herbs, sandstone, gooseberry and gorgeous kiwi. Really clean and fresh with nice balance between fruit and mineral. Palate is clean and ripe with flavors of grapefruit intermingled with herbs. Concentrated and dense with great purity and wonderful freshness. Really nice finish. Nose now has lemon pith and zest.
