Can’t miss pairing with gravlox and pickled watermelon radish. If you live in Brooklyn seek out @dinnerunderthestairs pop-up before it’s gone to catch a star in the making

Beautiful white flower floral notes on the nose. Lemon zest, yellow peach, yellow nectarines, bright, crisp with racy acidity but very balance. Slightly yeasty with hint of flinty, gasoline note. Unripe pineapple aftertaste. Delicious wine under $20. Had red bell pepper stuffed with dried cherry shrimp fried rice with pesto and corn and purple carrots.

Stupidly good, stupidly cheap. 80 year old ungrafted vines. About 20$ retail. Dude.
