Nice nose. Dark berries, river stones, a flinty note. Very savory and soft in the mouth. Broad mouthfeel. Long finish. Very good but lacking just a bit of mid-palate concentration to take it to the next level.

So many Syrahs chasing that funk profile. This is different. Aromatics show savory character, but the palate is a high acid, red fruited play on elegance. Soft & supple, this is a beautifully textured wine.
Highly recommended.
