While I prefer a NZ sauv blanc, this south African was well balanced with stone fruit and light exotic fruits. Once you start, you don’t want to stop drinking - great on its own or with food.

Summertime & it's time to un-wine w/ this peachy Sblanc @WarwickWine Notes of grass, lime, peaches & killer acidity. This bottling honors Professor Malcolm Black who created the 'Professor Black' peach variety that got planted at the estate and was later replaced with the SBlanc vines #capesomm

Great, classic, sav blanc nose with bit of funk and citrus and pears. Nice acid backbone with tropical notes and citrus bit not sweet. Great minerality. .
