Currently drinking this earthy and spicy #HamiltonRussellVineyards #PinotNoir & having a grape time! #CAPESomm — 10 years ago
A meeting of the minds if you will. The Raats family and the talented Mzokona Mvembe (South Africa's first black winemaker) is something to be understood and appreciated. Each blend is strictly Bordeaux in nature but never controlled by one varietal. They determine the vintages release by which grapes (Cab Sauv, Cab Franc, Merlot, Petite Verdot and Malbec) on the quality given to them that year. I look forward to seeking out this wine. Good complex aromas of black and red fruits with concentrated earth and savory herb notes complements a soft yet supple palate and a nice finish which leaves one ready for the next sip. #Capesomm #WOSA — 10 years ago

Quite pleasant after decanting. Nice notes of bacon fat and coffee. Breakfast in a bottle. #capesomm — 10 years ago
This tasty wine is big, savory, peppery w/ lingering ripe black cherry & black raspberry flavors. Great example of a balanced & high quality #cabfranc #stellenbosch #capesomm @WOSA USA — 10 years ago

Summertime & it's time to un-wine w/ this peachy Sblanc @WarwickWine Notes of grass, lime, peaches & killer acidity. This bottling honors Professor Malcolm Black who created the 'Professor Black' peach variety that got planted at the estate and was later replaced with the SBlanc vines #capesomm — 10 years ago
