Very Burgundian in it's personality - subtle, balanced, dry, and with finesse and complexity, which is what I like. Black cherry with red cherry skins up front, some peppery notes on the finish, just a little bit of the green fruit quality you might expect from Willamette. Just an exquisite wine that we got at the hotel in Sedalia. Fruit forward and relatively light like most Pinots but with a fairly rich body and a nice spicy finish. Loved it.  9.4

Lively tart cherry with some pepper and more than adequate tannins makes making their appearance early. Ok with fat and cheese! Would not drink without something to balance Its expressiveness...
