Columbia Valley Cabernet Franc

As always, another spot on Franc from Vintners. Usually benefits from an extra year or two bottle age but ages well and this one is fine right now.

Pure, fruit driven Franc

Earthy and herbal. Might have gone past its peak. 17.50 at auction from SWA. Would not get this vintage, but might try a younger under 10 years vintage to see what all the hubbub is about.

Wine had crept up a cork a bit. Drinking fantastic! Smoothed our quite a bit but still has just enough of a kick at the end.

Very nice Cab Franc.

Absolutely lovely. Nice balance of dark fruit and some spice.
