Yum. Clearly still an adolescent, but the best with the spicy, tangy cuisine at Uncle Boon’s

Had at Uncle Boones; had great acidity and fruit. White peach, fresh cut flowers and Lemon zest. Very crushable but showed like a German Riesling and Mersault mix.

Incredible. White flowers, dried apricot, fresh herbs, ripping acidity .....

Harbinger of things to come. Great texture. Riesling meets white Burgundy.

Some GG with a view. Sky high acidity, ripe stone fruit flavors with added ripe pineapple and an awesome tangy finish.

Absolutely loved it. Quintessential GG with minerality that lasts forever. I almost thought of Sichuan peppercorn in terms of the tingly, electric sensation from the acidity
