A nice drink. Fresh tropical. Nice pfalzy minerality. Great juiciness.

GW Winning tasting 10/24/16. Nose of peaches and slight acids. Palate that's balanced but short finish that's a bit earthy. Again has oak barrels as per tradition. New oak casks that's used mixed with stainless steel and not heavily roasted (only an hour or so). 70% oak 30 in stainless steel. This is for fermentation! Almost biodynamic but not strict (no copper to fight mildew) and so not certified but practicality same. Focus on results. No sulfur till finished.
