Deep, full, rich mineral filled aromas with notes of honeydew, green apple, pear and a touch of stone fruits. The palate is dry and crisp. Bright acidity and citrus fruits lead to notes of stone and sage with a touch of white pepper. The finish is long with bright acidity and a touch of spice. Great pairing with a sausage pasta.
