They had me at the name! Vogelzang! What a pleasant surprise at a BYOB restaurant in Morristown NJ. Has heard of it but at less than $20 how could i pass it up? Great notes of apricot, anise and crisp grapefruit with a very smooth and long finish. Besides that I will now punctuate every declarative statement with Vogelzang! And then drop the mic.

Truly a high quality wine for price. Copious tropic fruits on nose and palate with equal acid backbone. Decided to buy a case tonight! No brainier.

Rich and honeyed on the nose with notes of dried mango, toasty spice and slight hints of buttery oak. Full, lush and gently creamy on the palate. Intense mineral flavors with hints of tropical fruit and lemon curd. The finish is bright and deep with long lasting acidity.
